ALL PRICES QUOTED BELOW ARE FOR INSTALLATION IN A SINGLE STOREY HOME WITH A TILED ROOF, TIMBER FRAME ROOFING AND EASY ACCESS IN THE ROOF SPACE. IF THESE CONDITIONS AREN'T MET THEN PRICES MAY VARY

LED DOWNLIGHTS

ALL LED Downlights supplied have a 5 Year Full Replacement Warranty so if there is a fault within five years from the date of installation the affected downlight will be replaced with a new one at no additional cost to you at all

LED Downlights supplied are Dimmable, add approximately $90 for each LED Dimmer supplied and installed*
Each LED Downlight is White, 9 Watt and available in lighting colours Warm White, Cool White and Daylight
Add $5 per downlight if Satin Nickel trim is required to change from white to silver colour

* Discounted price for installing multiple LED Downlights & Dimmers is only applicable when all done in one site visit
   - Price for dimmer may be more than $90 if existing switch needs to be upgraded to a 3 Gang or higher
^ Separate switch must be able to be located on a double brick cavity wall or if conduit is at an existing switch plate
- If the existing light is another downlight or recessed light with a hole bigger than 92mm diameter then prices may
   vary due to the possible requirement for an adaptor ring to cover the existing large hole

SMOKE ALARMS

Hard-wired Smoke Alarms supplied are Clipsal Photo Electric type with a 5 Year Full Replacement Warranty which means that if there is a fault within five years from installation they will be replaced at no additional cost to you at all

10 Year Lithium Battery Hard-wired Smoke Alarms do not require batteries to be replaced every year. The battery is rechargeable and will last for the life of the smoke alarm making them ideal for people with limited capacity to climb   a ladder to change the battery every year such as the elderly, disabled, people with an injury or even rental properties

POWER POINTS

We carry a range of power points to assist in matching the existing ones in your home and will flush mount them to make it look like it was done when the house was built and avoid using an unsightly, chunky mounting block. Clipsal 2000 & Classic series and HPM Excel standard power points are included as a minimum standard for indoor power points. We only use quality parts and materials. Specialty power points will be an additional cost to match if required

- Wall chase will be filled with mortar once the cable is installed but plaster and paint is up to you

* Price to replace existing ones from $40 each and above are only as an addition to other work done from
   $120 as that is the minimum charge for any work done in a single site visit, otherwise add $80 to price with *
   if that is the only work required. Existing Power Points must have been installed correctly and in the case of 
   USB power points, in a wall box already chased into the wall, or additional charges will apply

REPLACEMENT PRICE LIST
 
Prices listed below are inclusive of GST and are to replace each existing electrical equipment after the one-off $80 call-out fee has been applied. The call-out fee will not apply if we have carried out any installing work such as what is listed above, in that case just add the prices below to the existing work as long as it is all done in one site visit

The electrical equipment must have been installed correctly and the relevant circuit must be protected by an RCD Safety Switch that is working properly or additional charges will apply. For example if a power point is to be replaced, that circuit must be already protected by an RCD. If the RCD is faulty and won't reset after it is tripped or there is no RCD protecting that circuit then additional charges will apply

The call-out fee of $80 is inclusive of GST and will only be applied once. Therefore to determine what it will cost to get the electrical equipment you need replaced, calculate each of the items you require from the list below then add $80 and that will give you the final amount including GST. If fault finding is required instead of replacing any items, the price will be $120 for the first half hour and then $100 for each hour or part thereof after that inclusive of GST

All of the electrical equipment to be replaced must have been installed correctly otherwise additional charges will apply to ensure it complies with the Wiring Rules before we leave the property. It is common for us to find existing ceiling fans and exhaust fans that have not been installed correctly

- If wall controller can't be installed on a cavity wall, cable to be installed in a cupboard enclosed in duct - add $20

- Unless Supply & Install is detailed on this price list, the customer will be required to supply the item/s to be replaced
- The light fittings and exhaust fans supplied by Powerforce Electrical have a three year warranty
* Prices for ceiling fan installations are for a single storey house with tiled roof and timber frame ceiling joists. If this is not the case then price may vary depending on accessibility
