- Prices above are for installing a ceiling fan to replace an existing light fitting and includes any additional wiring,

  switches & timber support brace in the roof space to attach the ceiling fan if required

- For ceiling fans with remote controls the existing light it is replacing must have its own isolation switch

- The existing light must be on a lighting circuit which must be already protected by an RCD Safety Switch or one

  will need to be installed at an additional cost

- Access into the roof space above the ceiling fan must be available or additional charges may apply. There may

  be a possibility to install ceiling fans without access into the roof space but that usually requires concrete ceiling

  and installing a remote control for the ceiling fan using existing wiring

- Additional charges may apply for steel frame roofs if access is extremely difficult

- Additional charges may apply for installing ceiling fans with extensions rods, if the rod needs to be cut to size then $50    additional charge will apply for each one

- Price is for installation only, you will need to supply the ceiling fans

- Price includes assembly of each fan with no discount offered if you assemble it as we will need to check the

  tightness and integrity of all equipment because we provide the warranty for installation

- Replacement must be a like-for-like ceiling fan with no additional equipment or labour required or you may be

  charged up to the full price of installing a new ceiling fan, removing existing wall controllers and wiring is extra

- The existing ceiling fan must be on a lighting circuit which must be already protected by an RCD Safety Switch or

  one will need to be installed at an additional cost

- The existing ceiling fan must have its own isolation switch or additional charges will apply

- If the existing ceiling fan had not been installed correctly i.e. not installed on the lighting circuit, incorrect wiring

  used, not wired to an isolation switch or not secured to a timber support brace, then additional charges will apply

- Additional charges may apply for installing ceiling fans with extensions rods, if the rod needs to be cut to size then $50    additional charge will apply for each one
